Goldoolins- 2nd song from upcoming cd!
Hi y'all It was a sultry summer night. With the dry, scorching air standing still, no one could breathe. We decided to take the car out for a spin. After a while we suddenly found ourselves cruisin' on hwy. no. 1 along the rocky cliffs of northern California. A bunch of nice and rather odd-looking people were stickin' their thumbs out, lookin' for a ride. Turned out it was Dan Hicks and his hot licks. They got in and the whole gang proceeded to drive eastward. A few minutes later we pulled in to downtown Manhattan. Along the dark streets of the village John Sebastian, Zally Yanovsky and co. were schlepping their cheap guitars. We decided to be kind and let 'em in. At this point, with the small car crammed up to the fullest capacity possible, We all decided it was time to go back home to the holy land. Just one final stop though before we finally reach our destination- our friend David Yoshpe's place somewhere in the quaint, lovely, pastoral, picturesque landscape of the Gush Dan metropolis. It was right there and then when David presented the whole lot with a brand new song he had just written. Into the studio we went and the results you can listen to right !here! Here's to all the average midaged couples worldwide
