Dear cbsa,

According to the Ministry of Immigrant Absorption, entry and exit registrations are handled by the Population Authority.
Please note: all records in all Ministries are updated according the Population Authority's information.
However, in order to protect his rights as a new immigrant, its recommended to inform the the Ministry of Immigrant Absorption upon leaving.
Also, its recommended to inform and sort the status issue with the National insurance institute

Best regards,
Lior
