Hi All if you wish to backup NDS you have 2 options: A. Backup NDS to couple of file and after that collect it with your backup software, the tools are: EMBox - For eDirectory 8.7+ or if you using old eDirectory Version you can use DSREPAIR -RC. The Diffrents between them is that DSREPAIR -RC only novell tech support will be able to restore from this file, the EMBox you will able to restore "on hands". B.Backup NDS with Arcserve NDS Agent.
